Paddlemania 07

With water this low you had to have been there for the party! Good to see everyone there...including Jim and Jesse from Wisconsin. Papst seemed to be a popular beer this weekend! Walking the line was the game of the night. Thanks Team Midwest Mtn for a great time and those were really nice drawing prizes. Peter did you have certain people in mind when you picked out the prizes? Everything was a perfect fit and everyone walked away with something nice! Good time!

Wow, what a great shot of Andy and Ben on that rope!!! That rope must have a pretty high melting point ;-)

And the landing of the paddling pirates, good one!

Hey Nora,

Did you accidentally leave your blue EZG 60 behind? I vaguely recall rosie spending time in that boat. In case that's yours, I brought it back to the cities and its happily being held at Midwest Mountaineering until someone claims it.

Nope...I don't own an EZG 60. Mine is a ZG54. Hope you find the owner. I have to wonder how anyone could accidentally leave a kayak. A paddle...maybe...booties yes...but your kayak???!!!

Yeah, I think those guys ended up with like 3 or 4 extra boats since I hauled at least 3 back to the cities for them. I'm sure they'll all find their way back to their owners but I don't get it either. No way in heck I'm forgetting my kayak!

Day-am! I wished you guys didn't know full well, that I don't own that boat ;-)

I picked it up from the line of demo boats. And yeah, you'd think they'd at least take back the same number of boats, if not the same...

Otherwise, that stuff usually just happens with bread and fish, right?

Bread , fish and bunny rabbits. I've had 5 kayaks co-habitating in my basement I should check and see if there's some new little ones...like an All Star or Project down there.

Considering the fact that towers of my roof rack had moved by several inches after transporting my Nomad and Alex's Scooter at the same time, one of us should have a midsize purple riverrunning playboat now! Not sure what was going on up there, but we had provided plenty of black straps...

Or: "Vat, I vas not supposed to drive 150 kph?"
